IFC Exporter for Autodesk Inventor has now been released.

The plugin will export IFC file of the Inventor parts and assemblies with all design tracking properties included. It is also possible to change faceting factor for getting more or less dense tessellated geometry into the IFC file

 

The plugin has possibility to use Class and Property Mappings.

With Class Mappings the user can tell the plugin which IFC element type to use for individual parts.

With Property Mappings the user can map Inventor design tracking properties to standard BuildingSMART property sets.
